You may found yourself feeling More Emotional than usual. Old memories might have come to the surface, you maybe had Dreams that were more vivid, and you might have felt more Tired for no obvious reason, or even experienced moments of Profound Clarity and Insight.

Sometimes what we experience as Discomfort is actually a Transformation that is taking place beneath the surface. It shows you that Growth is very rarely linear.

You are constantly being asked to shed layers that No longer belong to you, Especially at this moment in time with these intense Energy Shifts and Solar Flares recently.

If the Energy within you or around you Feels Intense, do not think you have to fix it right away, but Allow it to pass Through you.

You can put your Bare Feet on the Earth to Ground your Self, take some Deep Breaths deeply into your Heart, drink Pure water, have a Rest when your Body asks for it, or spend some time in Silence and Solitude and Listen to your Soul's Inner Voice.

You don't have to Analyse every Feeling or solve every Emotion. Sometimes you just simply need to Allow your Self to Be, Release, and Trust.

You don't have to Push Harder, but instead to just Ease a bit more and Surrender, and to Remember who you Truly are beneath all the noise.

Trust the process, Trust your Path, and Trust the Wisdom within you
