Join me for a Gentle and Nourishing Chakra Cacao Ceremony, an intimate evening created to support Inner Balance, Emotional Connection, and Energetic Alignment.
This ceremony is a space to Slow Down, step away from the noise of Daily life, and Reconnect with your Self through the Heart-opening Medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, Guided Chakra Awareness Meditation through the sound of Chakra Singing Bowls, Breath, and Reflection.
Ceremonial Cacao has been used for centuries as a Sacred Plant ally, known for its ability to Soften the Mind, Open the Heart, and Deepen Inner Awareness. Combined with Chakra-focused Intention, this Ceremony invites you to Gently explore where Energy may need Attention, Release, or Renewal within your Body and Inner World.
During the evening, you will be Guided through a Sacred opening, Intention setting, Mindful cacao drinking, Chakra Connection, Sound Meditation from Chakra Singing Bowls, Journaling, Integration Circle to share your experience, and Closing Circle to give Thanks to the Cacao Medicine and any Guidance received.
