During the evening, we will begin by sharing Ceremonial Cacao in a Sacred and supportive setting. Cacao has been used for centuries in ceremonial practices to help Open the Heart, deepen Self-awareness, and ignite a Stronger connection with your Self and your Intentions.
Following the Cacao Ceremony, you will be Guided into a Relaxing Soundbath experience, where the Soothing sounds and Vibrations of singing bowls, gong, bells and other Healing instruments will help Calm the Mind, Relax the Body, and support Energetic Balance.
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as You are, bring an Open Heart, and Allow yourself to Receive.
