Description
Yerba Mate is a traditional South American herbal tea made from the leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. For centuries it has been enjoyed for its naturally stimulating and energising properties. Known for its smooth, earthy flavour, yerba mate is often used as a natural alternative to coffee.

Usage
Add 1 teaspoon of dried leaves per cup of hot water (just below boiling).
